no sorry, that part is correct. just not the number of actual people in each level is not 100% accurate on that linked topic.. it's manually updated every few months instead from the stats page i linked.. but the CV values are the same still (Contributor Value Range).

Nothing except more people will likely enter since it's bigger timeframe

Only people living in that specific region can enter.

Nothing happens -> Only lvl 2+ users can enter your gib
