Quick question about restricted country games

I have a game in my inventory that is restricted and can only be redeemed in certain countries. However, I am unable to figure out how to see which country it can be redeemed in, how do I do this? Thanks in advance.

Nowhere I can see, it just says "This is a restricted gift which can only be redeemed in certain countries." Clicking it does nothing, there is more info below it but it doesn't say anything about which regions.

if it's frozen synapse prime from latest humble bundle it's false positive and gift is in fact region free (if you activated key in region without locks ;P)

Some of the games i have heard before had the same issue. It was ROW except, it cant be redeemed in Germany.
