Well it's time for my first puzzle giveaway

Tired of the decipher puzzles or the long text ones?Well here math is the key!

The problem is solving a not too simple integral. The game is Space Pirates And Zombies(SPAZ).

Here we go!

Calculate the integral

integral

K is the below ABCDE curve

curve

with equation in polar coordinates

equation 0<= n < 2p (angle)

z belongs in C(complex number)

p stands for π=3,14...

Once you find the solution of this problem post it in the link below

http://tinyurl.com/xxxxxxxxxxxx

Beware that you have to change the mathematical symbols to words

For example ^ changes to power in the url

The url contains numbers and only lowercase letters

Have fun and if you find something wrong or you are stuck somewhere don't hesitate to contact me.

Giveaway ends in one week from now

Thank you :)

Integration solved in 5 seconds but I don't know how to solve others. :/

Its not a simple integral, its the integral "combined" with the curve shown in the link

So only solving the integral will get you nowhere

Huh! Now, this is hard.

Integral I of K meaning, specifically, what? Should I find I(z) = int(f(z)dz) (in the first img)? int(K(x)dx)? Some superposition? K(I(z)) (then the coordinates are messed up)

Sorry about that, its just that i could not find a proper image for the integral

Its the integral with limits in K

Do you understand now?

I'm not sure if I understand the question too. Is there line integrals involved here?

When you say below the curve, do you mean the curve itself? You don't mean the infinite area under the curve CDE right?

No no no

the below stands for the link below

The curve is the ABCDE one :)

I first thought this was exactly what I learned from school last year.
But after some attempts and research, it looks like this is way beyond what I learned. O.o
Is this supposed to be a very difficult integral problem? Is Cauchy involved here?

I would not say very diffucult but surely its not an ordinary "solve the integral"

No i dont believe Cauchy is involved

Not sure if they teach applied mathematics in school. In mine the didn't :)

It is an integral, but not the school type. And it requires both knowledge of the topic and creative thinking, since the domain doesn't look very promising to me.

Engineers are gods, they do this sort of stuff for a living. I can't stand math and forgot pretty much everything when I first had the chance. Nice way to put it all, by the way.

Latest I took was calculus, so, I'm stumped after the integral.

Line integral ftw. Too bad it's not a closed loop. Really wish I paid more attention when they taught complex analysis.
