"Bundles" by Amazon

Are we allowed to gift individual games from bundles sold on Amazon?
I got myself the Plentiful Paradox one (mainly for Crusader Kings II) but I am not actually interested in the 2 Sword of the Stars games (are they good? should I play them?) and already own Magicka.
