what's the consequence of unreceived gift?

like the question above, i make a giveaway but the key aren't working, already contacted the site where i buy it and they said there are problem from the dev and they can't get new key from steam, i already contact the winner and agree to change the game, but when i send ticket, they said they can't changed the giveaway game to entirely new game? and suggest i delete the giveaway, the consequence of deleted giveaways is losing 1 giveaway slot, what's the consequence of unreceived giveaway? is it the same?

Yes, you lose one giveaway slot and have a little red-mark on your gifts sent page.

If you're completely unable to provide a working key for the game (you should at least try), and the winner is okay with deleting the giveaway, then you can delete it and lose one giveaway slot. You can always earn more giveaway slots by making more (poor word choice) delivering more giveaways.

an undelivered gift would make you not able to enter most sgtools protected giveaways i think

you can get more giveaway slots by delivering giveaways to a maximum of 300 slots

i would recommend deleting the giveaway

I don't think I have ever seen anyone add a rule to sgtools saying you cannot enter if you have a giveaway that was not received. That would be pretty harsh.

Also, I don't think there is a limit to the number of giveaway slots you can gain, although I believe the max anyone can create in a single day is 300. I'm pretty sure this limit can be removed by a mod for people that give a lot of games.

i stand corrected, wining the same game more than once snd not activating the win are most common rules, tough i think i have seen a not delivered rule but i might be wrong

is it the daily limit? (i do remember a 300 limit related to giveaways, now I'm not sure of what limit, and i might as well have gone crazy and be wrong about everything)

you have more than enough slots (3 giveaways delivered = +1 slot), so losing 1 means nothing. if the winner wants to delete it, go ahead.

How do you request that a giveaway you won get deleted? The page to send in a support request only seems to accept giveaways that you created, not ones you won, but the wording of the rules seems to imply that you need the person who won to contact support and agree to the deletion somehow.

Winner should write the "I agree to delete this giveaway" comment in giveaway.
