My own backlog is both the stuff of legends and of nightmares, so its clear what I'm voting

I don't have any games in my backlog right now
Its certainly doable
Not likely
Never going to happen

I don't have a backlog. I just choose the next game semi-randomly.

Also, please don't implement agile management in gaming :P

It is technically maybe possible if I play 12 hours every day, live up to around 120 years and stop getting distracted by crappy F2P games...
So I guess I'll go with "not likely".

Never going to happen. But I'm not buying as many as I used to (sale or not) unless I'm relatively sure that I'll be playing them soon.

Every 6 months I lose more hope, I start to make compromises, right now I'll be happy if I'll beat 10% of it. So many regrest of activating unwanted games too... damn bundle rookieness back then

Stopped buying bundles and just spending money on games I play on the spot ... got Hands of Fate and already finished the story.. now got Planet Explorers on my hands xD So is quite doable when you reduce the amount of games to play.

I beat my backlog every summer. Then school begins, then it builds up again, then repeat.

Steam store bought games, GAs won, etc.? Hopefully so, may miss a purchase i turn out to regret here and there... but 99% i hope to!
Hoping to and accomplishing to have been further apart as of late though.

Bundle bought games? As in the games i would pay the whole bundle price for just 1-2 out of them? Definitely not.
Just to name one example, it was either THE or one of the first bundles i bought, Sid Meier's Civilization (or what not) bundle, it had all of Civ 3 + 4 + 5 + a few other Sid Meier's games. Truth be told, at the time, i merely bought it for Civ5 + its 2 expansions. The rest being there just didn't hurt me, as i would've paid the bundle full price just for the one game + 2 expansions that i wanted.

Multiply that by just about any bundle i got, and there's a ton of games i'm never gonna play.
Add games given away for free by indiegala, humble bundle itself, etc. and well... :)

Even before I add in consoles/handhelds (going back to the Atari 2600, which I do indeed also have a backlog for)... lol nope.

Even if I somehow managed to get through every game I had, I don't think I could bring myself to play Five Nights at Freddies after my first experience with it nearly gave me a heart attack.

I can never play through my entire catalog. In fact, I intend to never play Slaughtering Grounds.

lol no. I'd either gave up on the game cause it was to boring/hard or I just bought cause it was cheap

I'm trying to play every game I own unless it's a shitty one, but easy games like Gmod just sucks me in.

I've gotten the Darkness 2 a Year ago, when it was bundled at HB. Still haven't played it. Other stuff keeps distracting me

The only way I'll beat my backlog is if I take a metal bar and beat the shit out of my computer with it.

If I live long enough to get retired, I might TRY to get rid of everything in my Steam backlog. Not sure about GOG and the rest of them. Right now I'm cleaning maybe 30 games per year max...

Beat? No. Try? Yes. Some of the games Ive gotten in bundles I hear are pretty bad, so I wont feel too bad if those never get finished.

If I would ever stop buying cheap and short indie stuff, I could. I'm always hovering around 50 or so games unplayed/unreviewed, so it is doable…

No because there are games I don't like :p

It doesn't help that I'm the sort of gamer who reads everything (Elder Scrolls in-game books excluded... mostly...), and explores every corner just in case there's something. I really should stop doing that and just go for beating a game as quick as possible, and only explore it fully afterward if I really enjoyed it. But I know I won't... I have to explore...

I'm fairly certain that I can still get through all the games I really want to play, but I also want to try to give everything else at least an hour of my time. However, with some of the crap that gets shoveled into bundles, I may revise that to ten minutes. And then there's the extra time it takes to download and install (and make space on my hard drive), and any additional time for configuration for some of these games when multiple online services and compatibility issues arise.

Every once in a while, it's totally worth it though. Had to take some time to figure out the user patches for Vampire: The Masquerade, but man... that was such a good game! -- I'm almost sorry I never played it when it first came out as it would have certainly resided alongside the original Deus Ex in the quality department (at least... if it had had the fan patch back then too, it definitely would have.)

So my vote is for "not likely". Call me an optimist. I'm probably going to stop buying all but a small handful of games in 2016. There's just too much excellent stuff I need to play that I have already.

The one advantage I have: no consoles to speak of. (Although the Uncharted series has tempted me many many times.)

I don't have a backlog only games I can't play on my current system :D

assuming backlog means games I actually want to play and not all the freebies.
