Why can't I create an Ecchi Jack giveaway?

The was released 2 days ago, here is the link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1340600/Ecchi_Jack/
Yeah, it is an Adults Only game, but I can see other AO games on the list. But I can't find Ecchi Jack.

Yeah, it is one of my games. It was on the Steam store for a while and I've released it only 2 days ago.
