I haven't found anywhere it's being given away. The dev currently has a kickstarter up and I don't see it for sale anywhere. There's a chance people could be begging the dev for keys to "promote" their game, if that's what you want to call it.

there was a limited number on a certain twitch channel store (read Masafor's comment), but they were gone within the hour of being put up
