I don't think so. In my Humble Bundle keys list it is marked with a key icon, not a steam icon.

I see it too, but maybe you need to redeem it on dev sites. You to create an account on their site to play.
I will buy the bunble to get XCOM if I don't win it, so I am wondering what to do with the useless stuff that comes with it.
