Best Way to Promote Your Group?

I want to make them to join because they want to.

Then create something that will interest people enough to consider joining (and preferably, participating) instead of bribing them.

For example, answer the most important question: what is so different in your group compared to other ones? Why people should join and participate, instead of let's say group X? How can they know your group even exists? What goals it has?
