Profile value failed?

hi all i have a little question:
after make 2 giveaways i have the 29,98$ value account when i make 3 giveaway more 3 games of 4,99$ price my value
are 30$ i dont know why all 3 games only add 0,02$ more in my account value, is this a bug? thx for your answers.
