NA Outward key for trade?

I recently received an Outward key from humble bundle, unfortunately, I could not redeem it due to my steam region of Vietnam. My humble store's region is in Canada so the key should be region locked to NA. I wonder if anyone is having the same problem or is willing to trade their (perhaps region-locked key that is redeemable in Vietnam) with mine that is region locked in NA?
