Of course its indiegala. I laughed as soon as I read it :p
Aahahah, yehs, saying 8 times in a row that they will not spam me... yep, seems legit :p

English and organization-wise Indie Gala are fairly weak, actually. Here is a small quote from their web-site
"3) Only BTA people will be qualified 'early buyer' for the Happy Hour ( if an HappyHour will be )"
At least lately they learned to make their messages more or less clear. I remember with Indie Gala 2 it was not clear at all that they now have beat-the-average levels that change and so on. I tried looking hard and found no info on their web-site about that matter at the time of the bundle. So, yeah...
Except for a small Bee Mine giveaway they are the only bundle company that makes "official steamgifts giveaways", though.

Usually in official/developer giveaways, the description is either some info on the game, or a little essay on why they want to promote the game
Then we have indie gala "official" giveaways (ones made BY indie gala, not users). Link spam and then repeating the link spam 2-5 times (Example: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/dibK6/indie-gala-9 ) or more. I've seen more professional descriptions from non-english speaking 5 year olds on a sugar high that type with their elbows. Can't you at least TRY to act like an official organization? It really doesn't make you look good when your descriptions look like a spambot. I know it's nitpicky, but you have to agree, they need to be more professional than link spam.
Oh, and here is an example of what a "professional" description should look like (of the game info variety) http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/gqnoQ/magicka-collection
