[Suggestion] Mark discussion as read once you enter

Hi SG people!

This is my first post and suggestion :$
I don't know if this was already suggested, but what do you think about marking as read a topic once you enter?
Maybe it could be shown in italics or something similar.

Do you agree?

I agree with this, but I use SG++ to add that "feature". :X

obviously, i have a dark skin i'm using, too, but you get the idea :)
