Need opinions on prices, Dead Island and CS

Hey guys. Currently at the store, and found Dead Island (non goty) and CS:S + HL2DM + DoD:S in the bargain bin. They're $8.39 a piece. Is that a good price? :-/

Dead Island Goty can be found really easily (goty version, north america only) on steamtrades since raptr gave many copies last week (so, if you have something to trade, you can trade for a key, and you will get the goty version for cheaper probably)... for the other offer, its the same price as steam in sale so i consider that's great

Keys from raptr can be activated anywhere, they fixed them.
