It's a base64 encoded string. decode it and you obtain : Maybe not too hard : Cav0YHnF

And knowledge of encryption, the concept of what it is and thus the realisation there's a cypher, then knowing by recognition of patterns and similarities the cypher used.

That's kinda not using your brain, purely being forunate enough to have learned these things at some time. I get the guy's point. :/
