Whats in the , Sid Meier's Civilization IV Gift?

it says it contains 2 items, but it just says civ 4, civ 4, is it all the expansions or what?
I have 2 of them and as I own the game I don't know what to tell people the gift contains?

Its one of those grey steam gift packs....

It's because Steamplay isn't set up for it properly. One copy is Mac, one copy is PC

All I could find on google was the amazon one that had 2 items: complete and colonization, and I figured it wasnt that
