You're looking at it all wrong. By adding you to their blacklists, those jealous of your smiling dog avatar are making it so that you won't have to sort through their crappy, dog-hating giveaways. They're doing you a favour by reducing the amount of chaff you have to look at on SG - you didn't want their giveaways anyway, and now they'll miss out on yours. :)
Or get the ESGST plugin, hide the blacklist counter, and get that unhelpful source of negativity out of your life. :)
