so you have 4 copy, 5 entrants, no time. you get one more copy to give a copy each with asking a favor, which is mark it as received the second the giveaway ends. i think there is nothing wrong with that.

So I created an Insurgency giveaway for 4 copies but later realized how close it is to the link expiration time set by Humble Bundle.
I don't want to chase after winners after 6th (since they take time to respond sometimes).
What if I gave all the 5 entrants a copy of Insurgency now and asked them to mark as received later?
