Name of game?

I honestly can't remember the title of the game but basically what I remember is this. It was a multiplayer shooter, That map was seperated into thirds and between rounds you'd vote on the pieces of the map for the next game. I think it was a third person shooter too.
Don't know if it flopped or not but that's all I remember and it's annoying me that I can't remember it's name.
