He told me he just went on he's Friend's Account to add he's $5 funds and no item was missing,so they think he's a Hacker

It's a crap shoot whether you'll get an actual support member or a monkey on crack. Keep on making tickets and going through each one.

As the poster above said, he should contact steam support, anyhow thats not proof of any description, but he should clear it up with support
