2 weeks old giveaway appearing only now?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused ... I just logged and there's an alert that I won something. So, checking my profile I notice I see that I've won a DLC to
GoL ... whoot! Now what makes me confused is, that giveaway supposedly ended 2 weeks ago, how's that possible? Moreover, when
checking on steam, I already have that dlc in my library, is there any way I could have gotten my gift without even noticing? Is there any
way to ask to contact the creator of the giveaway what happened?

I see ... so how did the game mysteriously appear in my steam library then? Or did I have it before, now being the cause for another reroll?

No, there's no way. DLCs are not always (never?) reported as owned here, meaning you're sometimes able to enter GAs for DLCs you already own.

You can try to add the GA creator on Steam and ask him/her to do a reroll, since you already own it.

Okay, will do. I usually know if I already own a DLC, but I definitely wasn't aware that I already had this one... must have been part of the humblebundle link that I got the main game from. I'll try to contact via Steam then if there's no way over to do it over here. Thanks for the advice.

Yes, the Things that Go Boom and the Costume Pack 1 came with the GoL from HB!
