the price is 9 franc or +/- 9.05USD (incl. vat)

You cant get copy due to steam doesnt allow cross regional gifting if price difference more than %10

Switzerland has billateral agreement with EEA member countries so free move of goods should apply there like with polish steam store-gifts are not region locked there.

i have swiss region. its region free but if any region cheaper more than %10, steam doesnt allow to send.
