Im lookoing for 2-4 player games that can be played with xbox 360 wireless controller. the games need to be like a "local", "couch party", "local lan", or something like that, no online games. I prefer racing games like crash time 2, but also games like Brawlhalla.....give feed back soon

Yap, andd also to my knowledge i thinks those Dirt games support local coop as well. But I believes only 2 players. could be a mod or something to fix this though?

Trackmania Nations Forever (free formula game) is local and online, but local isn't splitscreen, you set a time limit like 5 mins and you take turns driving, everyone has 5 minutes to drive the best time they can, first all of you drive your time and then the owner of the first time gets to try again for a better time, if he doesn't make it in 5 minutes, he'll drop out and it's the turn of the owner of the next worst time. There's also newer versions of Trackmania, but they're not free.
Brawlhalla is nice although you clearly know it already :d
Gang Beasts is a really fun game to play, if you have friends. It's kind of like drunken boxing.
There's also the Colin McRae Rally series, the steam version is a mobile port and not really good, but non-Steam options are nice. I used to play Colin McRae Rally 2 for ages when I was young.

If you have the whole Xbox 360 console, I would recommend Burnout Revenge. I'm not really into racing games so I don't know of any good ones besides that. Good luck finding one!

GRID 2 is so far one of my favorite local NP games.
Other than that, I also recommend Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

(Also, if you're up for some local FPS with a twist, try Screencheat.)

Not man games left anymore that offer offline co-op,sadly even some racers do not anymore..

I missed the days of dedicated servers+LAN so no matter what you could play online or offline

Here is a quick video of 5 racers that have split screen co-op

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHCb0RC23wE

Wait Driver does not have split on pc ...but the others do...i am trying but i fumbled a bit lol

Sadly the best racing game as of late Project Cars has no offline split screen...imo that is the best outright racer in awhile...Dirt is good and all but mostly if you dig the rally thing

Anyhow good luck in your journey, but sad to say that offline split screen/co-op is becoming a thing of the past...not that it is that costly to add it,it just one less thing they have to deal with while making a game since not many use it anymore.

Burnout Paradise does have a party mode but i am not sure how good it is or what it is all about might want to check into, usually can find a key for a fair price....i wish the older burnouts where on the pc.....i remember playing burnout take down i thin it was and having fun seeing who can cause the biggest crashes and what not...
