Constant disconnects, community is slower than usual, they barely got trading fixed again, the store timetraveled, global stats was down for 3 days, etc etc etc.
And those are just the most obvious ones. Steam has never been able to handle any major feature addition/sale without tons of problems popping up.

The sad moment when you only buy games when they are at least 75% off and you already have all the game that can go on 75% discount. No happy sale for me. :(

I know the feeling. I haven't bought a single game during last christmas sale. But then, with my current library I could probably manage without buying anything for 2 or 3 years.
Of course, with all those bundles flying around, It's not going to happen until I have a job.
On the second hand, I still have 104 positions on my wishlist :P

Depends on how it shakes out. If having more cards or levels proves to be a good thing, then yeah, stocking up is wise. If summer sale just highlights certain games with cards then best to liquidate ahead of the sale, especially certain games.
I'm hoping the trend is toward the former though, as that would be much more interesting and in some ways be a little bit like the previous treasure hunt and summer camp activities.

I know it probably won't happen but I'm really hoping for some treasure hunt and prizes (games) we could win.

I actually think that there will be something like that and it will focus on the steam trading cards.

That day when you wake up, turn your PC on, check the daily sale and you realised it has already started, did i missed a flash sale, when did all this happend and you start organizing your time to be sure to be there for every and i repeat every kind of sale. I love that part of the year :)

I hope soon. My brother just got his first computer that is worth playing games with, and it's just been his birthday. He knows his present will be belated but if I can get him a bunch of games for cheap instead of one xbox game... well, I'll look pretty awesome.

Imagine how much games you can buy on steam, instead of 1 PS4 or Xbox One game....
