Winner don't check game as received

hi!.
i've made a few giveaways and everything was ok but with the last ones the winners haven't check the game as received and im worry because i already send the steam key by email to them and can't request another winner or something....what should i do?

add them on steam and remind them to mark as received? or just wait. they have 7 days to come on the site and mark received.

how can you know if someone activate the key? (they havent answer my reminder email)

the human-winner has 2 more days to give you the feedback. if he didn't give you the feedback in a week after winning the game, and you can prove that you send the key (or if he activated it), report him with support.
