The publisher/developer of 2Dark decided to include their game on a Fanatical bundle (it seems it's you who have no idea what you are talking about), not the opposite. It's quite a coincidence that the bundle was released exactly when the period to request a refund from the Steam Winter Sale ended. You realize that the "deal" between 2Dark publisher/developers and Fanatical was not done in a couple of weeks, right?

And it's UP TO YOU to decide if You want to buy game for such price or not. Don't make excuses cause You maybe paid few cents more or so. You can always giveaway the game You already have.

You put words I haven't said in my mouth. I'm not making excuses, and I don't really care what I paid for the game (and I paid for the Deluxe Edition almost the same that the Tier 3 costs, I only lost the extra games that come with it -and I wouldn't have gotten the Deluxe Edition-). I've already said that I was going to buy the game at some point (heavily discounted or bundled), and I also said I got it when it was at its historical lowest price on Steam. I'm not sure where are you reading that I'm making excuses.

You complain about nothing. Also I don't get why You think Steam did it intentionally that Fanatical made bundle after 15 days. Yeah, cause Steam said to Fanatical that they must do that bundle after this period. Lol.

Again, it's you who have completely no idea what uoi are talking about. Steam didn't intentionally make Fanatical delay this bundle 15 days (they wouldn't care about this). But the publisher could very easily have demanded Fanatical to delay the bundle including their game (maybe the most anticipated from this bundle) so purchasers during the Steam Winter Sale could not ask for a refund there (Steam wouldn't have minded doing the refunds, it's the publisher who would lose in that situation).

Fanatical has no profit in delaying the bundle.

Humble has no advantage by distributing one-tier only keys for their bundles, or to enforce region locks. But they do it because the publisher asks for it. Either they do it, or the publisher won't include the games in Humble's bundles. If the publisher/developers of 2Dark force Fanatical to delay this bundle at least 15 days after Steam's Winter Sale or they wouldn't include the game in it, do you really think Fanatical won't do it? Are you really saying that the mere presence of 2Dark on the Tier 3 of this bundle is not profitable for Fanatical? I'm sure that the sales from this bundle will be heavily influenced by 2Dark being included in it, so yes, Fanatical does have a profit from delaying the bundle, if it was a requirement from the publisher of 2Dark.
