Anyone ever gotten a refund from IndieGala?

Monday. Over 4 days ago.

I mean the problem at this stage is if I go forth with a chargeback will they ban my account or something. I haven't touched the bundle waiting for the refund and I've bought a bunch of bundles before so... you'd think they could cut me some slack.

One of the reasons I got surprised with the amount I got charged is there was no confirmation screen like you'd see with paypal. I entered the CC info and I got charged right away. I only found out the amount once I checked the email my CC sent me.

IG has taken up to a week to handle a refund request for me.

I usually got a response if not after few hours, a pair of days later.

I'll let you know how it turns out. So far though... no response. I'll send yet another email.

I just got an email from IG and they asked me for the paypal transaction id for a refund or if I wanted 'store credit'... yeah right. The thing is I didn't use paypal, these guys obviously didn't read my emails.

Already sent them the CC info lets see how much longer it takes to get this refund processed. Good thing I got at least 2 more weeks on my grace period.

I really think they had a big issue with this latest bundle overcharging people the 25 dollars since they changed it on this week's monday bundle (which I bought) since that just defaults to 1 dollar more than the minimum. If it had done that for me on last weeks bundle I would have let it slide.

Yes. I used a wrong payment method to pay for a bundle, and then used a correct method to pay again. I asked IG to refund the first payment, and they did it around two weeks later after I sent about 4 emails.

Well hopefully now that they have finally responded to me the process speeds up a fair bit.

Damn hope they don't force me to a buyback... backing up all my keys from the damn site will be a bitch.

Ok got the refund yesterday finally... just noticed today. That wasn't as smooth as it could be but hey... at the end of 2 weeks all is well.

Well the refund hasn't shown up on my CC yet so... hopefully its just a weekend thing and on Monday its all in the clear. They responded to my third or fourth.

I haven't had a problem with IndieGala, but I recently had one with Nuuvem about a week ago. Still no response xD
I'm about ready to just assume every site had a "All sales are final, if you have a problem OH WELL, TOO BAD" mentality and just not bother with them anymore.

I've got refund from them (after entering price with , instead of . in it my page got reset and payment proceeded - I ended up buying wrong bundle and not even reaching BTA for it (I paid 4.19, BTA for this other bundle was 5$)). Took them 3-4 days to reply to my email. Got refunded in 1.5 week ;later. Slow but at least got it. So just wait for now ;)

I've gotten a refund before but using Paypals depute option.

Still no refund on my CC. 2 full weeks now and still this goes on. Heck other times I've gotten refunded it shows up asap.

Emailed them again through their website. It's a delight getting lied to. Funny how your card gets charged at the very moment you make the purchase but the 'refund' never shows up.

Alright just checked right now and I got refunded 23 bucks... guess I did buy the bundle after all haha. That was my intention all along. I wanted that Tomb of Tyrants game from the bundle, the rest was basically not so hot.

Damn that took forever.

Let's just say this should get me to double and triple check the amount I enter before buying any bundle from now on.

I bought a game from indiegala, waiting for the email with the key I got an email stating they discovered suspicious activity on my transaction and they had to review it instead. 2 days later my CC was charged the money but I never got any email with the game key....wtf do I do?
