Hi there! Yesterday I realized that I have some leftovers on my Humble Bundle account. I've never made giveaways using HB links and didn't find anything about that in FAQ. Is it ok according to Steamgifts rules to create giveaway with HB link to game?

It is actually the only legal way you should give away a game you don't want to redeem for yourself. It is not allowed to send a URL to your own bundle though.
