Why do you enter a giveaway ?

1 and 2. I know I am misguided in my attempts to CATCH'EM ALL, but I really like games and having a multitude to choose from is frankly AWESOME.

2 and sometimes 1.

4. i want to play it but not enough to buy it at whatever price it's been (cheap)

I used to do 1 a lot. I'm still guilty of that sometimes, though mostly I do 2 now. Started being very strict with the filter - if I look at the store page and go "meh" I filter it out, never to be seen again

i never won anything yet.. but its nice to visit this site. Looking to giveways and etrering in some i remembered a lot of game titles that was lost in my memory.
One examplpe its Portal, a game that i always wanted to play but because i s playing MMORPG and other games i never did. When i joined this site i remembered that portal existed and started to enter every giveway of portal. Now that its 75% off on steam, i brought. Portal its one example and i propably would buy if i say on midweek madness and didint know this site. But still, this site its awesome to know and remember more titles of games.

Have to correct 1 though: I don't want 'crap' in my collection (even though I already have crap). Every game I want i'm gonna play SOMEDAY. (have to buy more free time to accomplish it though, who sells it? :(). But I can't just say just 2 since there are games where I just don't know whether i'm gonna love it.. Some games look awesome but just aren't my thing (and visa versa).

Mostly 2, but those times I've got too much points, I actually are a bit greedy (1) although I do plan to play the game if I'd wwin.
Also, puzzles are great fun, but you can solve them without entering the giveaway.

Mostly 3, little bit of 2. If it is a game I own/don't want, I won't enter it. But here on the forum, I really enjoy doing the puzzles to get to the giveaways, even if I don't enter the giveaway itself.

Mostly 2. Sometimes and don't actually love the game, but I'm really interested in it.
