"It's a nice game, but depending on the gamemode you can't go into the middle of the map because there are snipers camping everywhere. Anyway, there is still new content that's getting added to the game and you should definetly get it if you'd like to play minecraft with guns and realistic destructions :)"

i heard they are working on featuring hosting your own games, but right now it´s only a quick-shooter with destructible enviroments and a building feature that isn`t really of any use in the actual game.

Now if I could host a geame and play with only my friends we could actually build stuff and make things more interesting, but as stated before, right now building and smashing stuff is pretty much useless.

The free one is much better, though it's less chaotic and colourful than the final version on steam, but for me, it's a plus. So Ace of Spades on steam is more like a minecraft screwed by team fortress, while the old one(the free one) is minecraft with guns... and less "craft" aspect.

The truth is, when the game first came out, it had tons of bugs/glitches/lags etc... but they got FIXED long time ago! Yet, there are still some people that can't get over their "Pride" and admit that it's a good game!

Anyway, you should buy it! :D

in steam greenlight now on vote game GunCraft. similar with Ace of Spades, but with some interesting content, like a vehicles, more weapons and custom classes. it's open beta now and vehicles available only for people, who makes pre-order. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=94212175 here is it.
btw, Ace of Spades released new $4 (half cost of base game!) DLC with ~2-3 weapons and 2 maps. that sucks.

Derp. Nevermind, found it on that Build & Shoot site. :) Cool.

Think Minecraft/Lego graphics, multiplayer with little noobie kids who you can completely own first go, without even trying. Then repeat till bored 5 minutes later.
