Yep, did a speed run before.
Nope, never did.
potato...option...again

The only ones I remember doing were for achievements. La-Mulana in a bit above 5 hours (that was 100% run as well, disregarding Hell Temple - with Hell Temple, there was almost 1 hour more), and Bunny Must Die; I don't remember exactly how well I did in that one, but I think it was a bit below one hour.

I did a speedrun once. After an all night raiding session, you won't believe how fast I made it to the bathroom.

Back when I was going to high school, my pc would only run Resident Evil 2. I also had the booklet which explains the speedrun route for Hunk & Tofu. I remember beating the game 3 times after I arrive from school. So I'd do a run of RE2 for about 45-50 minute mark (Leon/Claire A/B scenarios) 3 times, for about all of my high school (that's 6 years, not including the summer vacations) for almost every day. I may have the unofficial world record of Resident Evil 2 playtime. (:

Leon A/B - Claire A/B - Hunk - Tofu - Extreme Battle (later called Mercenaries)... I've done it all. And I have a mild-to-normal arachnophobia... Yikes...

I have done it in Braid, cause there was achievement for it. I will do so in DLC Quest also. =:)

For some reason, around Metroid Prime's release and MGS3, I ended up replaying both of the games a few times. I forget why for Prime, but I guess fun. I guess it was interesting to see how fast I could finish it because I really liked the game.

I want to think I did it in 1:30-ish, but that seems too good. I probably did it in about two hours. I guess I could always turn on my old GameCube and check myself, though. I think MGS3 ended up taking me like 3-4 hours.

Yep. Chances are that I'm able to beat the original Shadowgate faster than anyone else here. I should probably record me trying to beat it as fast as possible at some point.

I've done some very bad speedruns of Blast Corps and Final Fantasy 6, plus the speedrun achievements on a few Steam games. The only one of those Steam achievements that I really consider difficult enough to mention is DLC Quest.

When I play a game, I like to take my time. To explore every little corner of the game world, to backtrack to see if I didn't miss anything or just to experiment with various features, achievements and whatnot.

So nope, never did a speed run. I don't think I would be able to finish a game quickly even if I wanted to :D

You can always 100% the game first and then try to speedrun it,no? ^^

I rarely did that, mostly for achievements, like in Braid and Shovel Knight

I've speedrunned Mass Effect 2 as I wanted to see the bad ending, and I already saw most of the game in 2 previous playthroughs.
You can get everyone killed in just over 4 hours.

Nope. Speed running through any game is pointless IMO.

I tried doing one in DLC Quest for an achievement but failed miserably each time. I'd rather take my sweet time.

Postal 2 for achievement. Fallout 2 only to get some imba weapons and go back to beginning loaded with power armor, guns and pile of bullets. This turned further game into bloody mess xD
