My idea?

Ban the russians.

I liked having the FAQ up on top, since SO MANY new people never read it, and cause arguments because of ignorance to well stated rules and guidelines.

whoops, didn't notice that a thread about this existed already.

I actually find it to be nice, but the moderating efforts are going to be big.
