For some odd reason, steamgifts has begun not seeing as part of any group. I've tried syncing multiple times but no luck. Any suggestions? Or should I just contact support?

I had that problem a few days ago. It was steam having a hiccup. Try checking your groups in steam client. Then sync sg.
