Hello, i have one win gift.
But not key inside, not description about format giveaway.
And autor not online one month. What can i do?

I assumed that it was over for a while, because you said that the GA creator was not online for a month.

If it has not been 7 days yet, wait and hope the giveaway creator comes back online here.
