But not key inside, not description about format giveaway.
And autor not online one month. What can i do?

Please take care of yourself.

I had an accident myself 4 years ago in January and got sick later and had a bad time.🚗
I know rehabilitation is more or less difficult, but I hope you can continue to be positive and think of it as an increased opportunity for moderate exercise. （I've decided to think of it that way.😁)
