How Do You Know if You Won?

You get a green bar that tells you that you won. You can't miss it, and people have had over 1k entries and not won.

You will feel warm and fuzzy.

Winning is fully random. Some people enters 1k giveaway, and wins nothing. Some people enters like... 100-200 and they win something. IF you win, you will receive an e-mail first, probably by the maker of the giveaway. that he/she sent you a gift.
Also, as many already stated, on the homepage: A green bar shows up, in the case you won. Checking your profile as-well, works too, it shows it at the "Gifts Won: x" Tab. x means the number of gifts won.

It lists that you win right above the giveaways
