Either way, NASA did spend a copious amount of $$ just to get to the development stage they got and they did initiate it (even if not the projected cost to finish).

Also, i think you misread what the question really asks of you. ;)

I agree on 7. I tried lots of stuff. Too many combinations to brute force it. And it just won't "click"... :(

Apart from that, great puzzle! Not too easy, not too out of thin air, still challenging - thank you, quite entertaining :)

4 - You're overthinking. Try to think simpler. It's really simpler than you think. ;)

7 - Part of the answer is contained in the hints, then you follow remaining instructions to complete. Helps if your understanding of english is enough to get the joke.

9 - There can't be that many words to express laughter in english out there. Although you may not get it the 1st or 2nd try, it really can't be that hard. Then the hint covers the rest.

Try to understand, would help more if there weren't enough people who already got to it. Also still quite a bit to go, so it can't be that hard.
But i get it, i still remember going in circles in JoaoWho's puzzle question that had inverted pentagram as answer, then realizing i was overthinking. There have been way more obscure things out there contained in Puzzles, though. :)

A pen/pencil and a paper might help (no joke).
Read the question and look at the result really. ;)

As for 6, well, i think you'll get it too, all you need to get it is there, especially if you saw the typo fix.

Hate to break it to you though... i remember checking this after your 1st comment, since you weren't in the giveaway yet (because i thought you had finished it already)... you already own the game being given (which i don't really want to spoil now)... :(

Not to discourage you from finishing the puzzle, but you'll only be doing it for the fun, sorry. :(
