Enter the Gungeon for 7€ - possible to buy from Europe? [Nuuvem]

I haven't really used Nuuvem for a long time, so I don't know what is the current situation there, however, my Argentinian friend let me know that Enter the Gungeon is sold there for 7€ ish at the moment. So I started wondering, is it possible to buy it from Europe (I've tried to do it the regular way, but it says it's not available in my region).

So, the question is, is it possible to buy it from Europe? And if so, is it legal? And if it's possible to do that and it's legal (which frankly I doubt), can you do that via Hola or do you need some other stuff to do that?
