I went full spy kids on this.
I looked at the pic. Ok nope not there. Then i checked your steam, nothing. Then i checked your other giveaways, nothing. I googled the actor from the gif and looked at his first movie appearance which was called Pilot, then i searched for a game that's called pilot on steam and even tried to use the gifs url to find this. I even inspect elemented this page. I'm out of options now. Quitting life ( ͡° ʖ̯ ͡°).

Hmm. Dunno how specific I can be without giving away too much.
One of the places you've been to contains a secret. That place isn't obvious, it's a bit disguised as a non-secret. But looking just a bit deeper revealed a strong hint that it's the right place. Going even deeper revealed the secret.

Thanks for the additional hint. I'm still stumped after half an hour though, and this doesn't even seem to be that hard of a puzzle, judging by the number of solvers :(

My initial search turned up nothing then after reading Sliithers comment and your reply i thought to myself for 5 seconds and i had an instant hunch, and almost immediately found it.. like record fast for some reason.
(Like someone saying the word butterfly's is the clue and i instantly yellowed out submarine and i was the winner that's how crazy fast i found this one and i don't know why i looked where i looked and found it as fast as i did but in this moment i feel awesome.

Solution:
Okay, so this thread contained two hints. First the image saying the train is not here and secondly if you've used inspect element you could find the text "NopeNotHereInTheThread". So to find the train you had to look outside of this thread and the only place where I'm able to post something o this website is in another thread or a GA!. Some users looked through my public GA's and one of them was made the same time as this thread. It also had something all my other GA's didn't have, a cute cat gif telling you there was nothing to find here and the text of the GA was telling you it was just a random GA... Knowing I used secret text to hide a hint in this thread, if you did the same on the GA page (inspect element) you would find a link to the shitty train.
