Steam DLC [HELP]

I have arkham city here, but they lowered the price to 29,90, so i think it'll not get a 50% discount any time soon, i wanna buy the DLC, can i buy it in other sites like GFWL? or steam only?

Steam only. Unless it's a STEAM DLC KEY bought from another retailer.

I wouldn't be so sure that it won't get a 50% off any time soon.

I'd be willing to bet it will be 50% off in the summer sale (end of june?)
