When will this user be banned?

This user has been leaving negative feedback on several users without ever trading. This has been happening over the past year. I already have a User Report ticket in on him. Uuggghh.. I wish our tickets got handled faster.

The problem is that they are overwhelmed. There are over 30k user reports, and only 4 people who can take care of these (and that's including cg, and I'm not sure he has the time to take care of user reports)

I left a negative feedback because he left negative feedback on my profile without ever dealing with me. It is to warn other users that he is a fraud and needs to be reported.

Technically you broke the same rule as him. Although I don't think you would get suspended in this case, I can't say I'm completely sure.

I don't use Trades, and I'm confused.

I can't find any where that says users are only allowed to leave trade feedback after performing a trade with the other user. But if that is true, this person, you and 5 others are all guilty of that. You have never traded with him and you left him a negative feedback.

That's called revenge negative feedback. It has the same punishment as the original negative nonsense feedback once the other will be handled.

Read the rules, faq and guidelines before using the support system, please.

User reports hardly ever get dealt with. I appreciate support has a lot of questions etc but perhaps they could recruit users to help? I am sure there at least 50 trustworthy, responsible and fair users. That should help the burden.
