Yes they did. I accidentally had two orders in my account. I havent paid for the second one yet because Im in the process of transferring the funds. Ive got confirmation for this pack as well. GG is timing out trying to authorise paypal so I will most likely do this tomorrow morning.

What price change are you talking about? the fast changes within minutes?. By this logic, Price mistakes/glitches made by steam on those flash deals and community vote deals (Up and down 25-50%) are exploits.

Quick tip - get a checkout page loaded and ctrl-click (open in new window) on the "Confirm Order" button to load more tabs until you see a payment redirection page. Then just click on the "If this page did not redirect you..." link to take you to Paypal. Still takes a while but saves you having to restart the process. Managed to snap up the Bethesda bundle the same way.

Tip: Here's what I did. Only load one page, then refresh it only when it stops loading. Also, don't force refresh (F5 only; not ctrl-f5). That way, what was previously loaded will remain on the cache and you should be able to load the full page in 2-3 cycles.
