NFS Hot Pursuit or Undercover?

Hello everyone, im thinking about buying one of these games but i cant decide.

I played Hot Pursuit few years ago and it was really fun and i played it a lot. Not the best NFS but it was fun. I never played Undercover. From what i read from reviews it looks very fun too (still dont know if the cars have customatizaton) but one of the reviews says that the game is unpatched on Steam and that the Origin version is better. Of course i want the game that its with the all updates.

What game is better, what game have all patches included on Steam? I dont want to buy both so i will SteamGifts community help me decide.
