There is always PS3 / 360 physical copies. I saw it for PS3 a couple of days ago, though NZ prices. :P

As an added note the multi-player servers for Cartel were shut down last year.

Wow, this is weird. I can see original and bound in blood but not these two. Maybe they are to get Uplay or something?

People on Steam claim Ubisoft licence expired. In that case I assume Techland will publish them soon as indie like first two games.

Which one ? The original thread is 3 years old and Call of Juarez (1) has since returned to Steam self-published by the developer but the thread has been bumped because Gunslinger and The Cartel got removed now.
