Spec Ops 100%. You can finish it in a few days easily, and it's just awesome. After that, DA:O, Dishonored, or Deus Ex.

Well I'm actually probably going to play this again because of the vote, it's a game worth another replay. I beat it three times on 360. Perhaps another three times are in order.
