For me there are two games that i've played over and over again.

  • Call Of Juarez Gunslinger

I've played this game 4 times myself and two times at my cousins. This Game is the best Cowboy game that i found on pc.This game is full of action gameplay and it's story is awesome. The best Part is it's narration.Silas Greaves was so funny during the narration of the story that i never laughed so much in a game.Mexican Standoffs were awesome in this game.Voice acting was awesome too.I liked everything about this game.

  • Far Cry 3

I've played this game 3 times and i am looking forward to pay it one more time. This game is so good. It's beautiful wild Open world. It's totally awesome gameplay. It's insane villains. All characters were good.A very nice story. There are many more things that i likes about this game. This game is one the best games I've played.

There are many Games i liked but these two games had something that made me to play them again and again cranking up the difficulty.

Mafia - 4 times
NFS: Porsche Unleashed - 4 times
NFS: Underground - 4 times
GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas - 3 times each

Come to think of it, these are all quite old. Maybe I'm getting old myself, since I mainly play multiplayer games nowadays.

"at least" I lost count to be honest, I know that I used to play it on hardest difficulty, I even put self challenges (for Punisher) like : finish the game using only headshots, or using only pistols and so on :P.
And for Darksiders, for sure I'll play it again and again, until Horizon Zero Dawn will come to PC.

When I was younger I played my games not only once. (=lack of games) Can´t count my playthroughs on Super Mario. :-)

But later I think Fallout 3 was my most played game. (3 or 4 times.)

PC games that I still find interesting (not in any particular order):

  • The Diablo franchise w/ D2:LoD having the highest reply value
  • VtM - Redemption
  • VtM - Bloodlines
  • Freelancer

Considering how old these games are, it's great to see them still having an active player base... much thanks to the modding community.

I'm still playing Diablo 2 LOD. I've been playing Diablo 2 since 2000, and it's still fun to play seventeen years later.

RTCW / Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

I realize this is a multiplayer game but I seem to always come back to it. Almost 15 years later and you can still find people playing it. Add the fact that it's free and open source is pretty sweet too.

Dragon Age: Origins is the first to come to mind since I have played it like 6 times (and another 3 times the expansion).

I have also replayed the campaigns for Age of Empires 2 multiple times as well as the campaign in Warcraft III (and expansion).

I know I'm dating myself here with this one as I still have my old disk from pre-steam days, but I STILL sometimes find myself wanting to replay, for the umpteenth time. Unreal Gold. One of the greatest FPS's ever made.

And with this timeless track from it. My favorite off the whole OST. Reminds me of some of the old B sci-fi movies of the '70s and early '80s. Like the Reb Brown classic Yor- Hunter from the Future.
