Got CIS/RU game from a shop... and it works .-.

So I bought some time ago Dishonored GOTY on a sale as a CD-key from a good standing shop in my country, but I recently found out that it's CIS/RU. I wonder if game as Hero Siege will run as one too ? Couse this shop have it, but I'm afraid of not getting it to run :c

It's Empik, for me it's mostly book shop, but sometimes I will buy games on cd-s from it.
