Although Train Sim World® 4 is now available (and is 80% off) I consider it to be a good deal, because with the normal removal of games from Steam it is a matter of time before they are removed.

Additional notes: in four years, 3 games in this saga have been released and once the new game is released, the previous one is no longer updated. and Train Sim World 2 is still available so there is nothing that suggests the possible elimination of this game.
