But I received key is not the game, is another game "The! Quest for Gravity Cargo", and I already have this game. I added friend request on steam, but has not been approved, comments also have not been responded, what else can I do?

Most likely it was a mistake. You can submit a comment in that giveaway and tell the creator that the key was for the wrong game.
Edit: I see you have already done that. Just give it a week for the creator to correct the mistake.
