From others I have heard that it helps when you include following things in your ticket:
- the reason why you don't have any giveaway slots left.
- what games do you want to give away now
There must have been a reason why you don't have any giveaway slots left (gave away free games? or did not understand how the giveaway system worked and made fake ones?)
So they want to know, if you understand how it works now.

the reason maybe is because I got banned before, but I already bought some games to giveaway..

I cant create giveaways. When I try to create one it says "You've reached the giveaway limit based on your feedback, or you have too many deleted giveaways. To increase this limit, click here to create a support ticket." I already created a ticket but still no reply...
